How do I register an account for BPme Rewards?

Pick up a plastic card in store and register online or call Careline Support on 0800 402402. Alternatively, download the BPme app from either the App Store or Google Play and receive a BPme Rewards card digitally within your app. If you are an existing BPme app user, log in and opt into the rewards programme to get started straight away.

How many points per transaction do I earn?

1 point for every 1L Regular fuel, 2 points for every 1L Ultimate fuel and 1 point for each pound spent in shop. Exclusions apply: BPme Reward points cannot be earned on tobacco and related products, phone cards, baby milk, postage stamps, utility cards, e top-up and lottery.

How do I get a card for my partner?

You or your partner can pick up a card in-store at any point. Remember to ask your partner to register their card on the website, so they can receive offers too, to help boost their points. In the future, we'll be creating the ability to link your accounts, and share your points balance, so best get earning now!

I've lost my card, how do I get a new one?

You can pick up a new card from any BP site. Remember to login to your account, and delete your lost card. This will prevent anyone who may find your card (if you've lost it) from using your points. Don't forget to add your new card to your account!

Why am I being asked to enter a verification code when I log-in to BPme Rewards?

When you attempt to login on a new device or browser, we may email you a verification code. This is to double check that whoever is attempting to login to an account, is the account holder. If you’re asked for a verification code, please check your email for a code, and enter this into the login screen. Customers’ safety is paramount to BP, and this extends to digital safety and security.
