How do I register an account for BPme Rewards?

Pick up a plastic card in store  and register online or call Careline Support on 0800 402402. Our Careline team are available between 8am-6pm on weekdays, and between 8am-5pm on Saturdays.

Alternatively, download the BPme app from either the App Store or Google Play and receive a BPme Rewards card digitally within your app. If you are an existing BPme app user, log in and opt into the rewards programme to get started straight away.

Do I need a card before I can register?

Yes. You can either pick up a BPme Rewards card in any UK BP store or download the BPme app to access a digital card to get started straight away.

Can I earn without registration?

Yes you can, although you won't be able to redeem any points until you are fully registered.

What do I do when I can't log in?

If your having trouble accessing your account online, use the "Contact Us" form to get in touch with our Careline. If you are unable to log into the BPme app, try closing down the app and opening it again. If the problem persists, visit the App store, download and reinstall the latest version of the app.

Do I need the app to register?

Why are you asking me to enable location services when I register in the BPme app?

One main feature of the BPme app is to allow customers to pay for fuel from their mobile phone. To ensure that we securely check you in to the correct site when you pay for fuel, we need to confirm your location using your phone's GPS signal. We will only use your location when BPme is running, and will not use your location at other times.

Can I opt out of marketing emails?

Yes, if you no longer wish to receive any marketing emails from us you can choose to opt out from the My Account section on the website or within the BPme app. Alternatively you can click on the unsubscribe link in of any of the marketing emails you receive from us. Please note that after you have opted out of marketing emails, we may still send you non marketing emails which relate to the administration of your account.
